Biography

Antonio is one of the visual artists with the greatest international projection, recognized both for his prolific career and his online presence. His work has reached corners all around the world. For example, his successful YouTube channel boasts nearly 1.5 million followers, and he exceeds a total of 2.5 million across all his social networks.

Additionally, he is regularly seen on programs like Memoria de Delfín on Radio Nacional de España (RNE) and the popular Hispanic podcast The Wild Project by Jordi Wild. He balances his work as a cultural advocate with his role as a draftsman and painter.

He holds a Doctorate in Fine Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Painting and Sculpture. He has held numerous exhibitions both nationally and internationally, being selected and awarded in various drawing, painting, and sculpture competitions. He also publishes articles on artistic thought and creates illustrations for art magazines and publishers.

For 13 years, Antonio led the project Cangrejo Pistolero Ediciones. He has taught Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture at institutions such as the Faculty of Fine Arts of Seville, the Sevilla II Penitentiary Center, Summer Schools, Proyecto Ribete, and Escuela Taller. Additionally, he is the ideologist and director of CREA 13, Shared Knowledge, a project started in 2000 that, since 2022, has transformed into an online academy that continues to teach thousands of people worldwide.

He was an honorary collaborator for 6 years alongside Professor D. Manuel Álvarez Fijo and has given numerous lectures and extension courses at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Seville. His doctoral thesis, rated as Outstanding Cum Laude unanimously, focuses on teaching art under the title:
“Reflection on the Pedagogical Thought of the Plastic Arts. Project towards a Renewed Teaching.”

He has also participated in recitals such as «Poemigario» with Luis Eduardo Aute and «De Perros y Cangrejos» with Santiago Auserón (Juan Perro).
